When the Angels said: “Oh Maryam! indeed, Lord Allah is giving you the herald with a word from Him whose name is Messiah Jesus, the son of Maryam. He will be honorable in this world as well as in the Hereafter, and among the nearest to Allah”.
About this event it is told in verses 19: 16-21 as: “Angel Jibreel appeared in front of Maryam as a human when she was alone far away from her people. Then she told: ‘I seek refuge to Impartial Lord from you, I wish if you were heedful’. Jibreel replied: ‘I am only a Messenger of your Lord to give you a pure boy’. She asked: ‘How can I have a boy while no man has ever touched me and I have not been unchaste?’. Jibreel replied: ‘Thus your Lord says that It is easy for Him, and He will make him a Sign to the mankind and a Mercy from Him, and it is a decreed matter’".
The word “Al-Maseeh (Messiah)” means the one who wipes out. This surname is suitable for Antichrist as well as for Jesus. In the case of Antichrist, he will appear on the day when the sun rises in the west. He will travel all over the world like clouds except ‘Hejaz’ (provinces including Mecca and Medina of K.S.A) to wipe out Islam and to implement disbelief. In the case of Jesus, he will descend from the second Heaven into the earth to kill Antichrist for wiping out the ‘disbelief’ and implementing Islam as explained in verses 4: 158-159.
